PQIP Reports

The reports sent out to all the practices in June included the following reports.  Subsequent mailings will have most of the same information

• AmeriGroup Quarterly Summary Premiums and Expenses Report  --  this report is a quarterly look at the number of members assigned to your practice (Member Months), the amount of revenue your practice receives your members (Premiums), and the costs associated with treating that member (Expenses) during the time stated. PMPM is a calculation of premiums and expenses divided by member months.  This report also gives a snapshot of the IPA as a whole, and the AmeriGroup membership base as a whole.
• Quarterly Expenses -- this reports is a detailed look at the costs incurred (Paid) to treat each practice’s patients enrolled in AmeriGroup by field or service specialty.  Encounters are the number of particular line items a service incurred.
• Frequent Encounters Report -- this is a list of AmeriGroup members by PCP with multiple encounters with emergency room, specialist and/or hospital stays.
• Encounters by Specialty Report -- list of encounters by specialty for the IPA  (Detail information on each patient and/or each encounters are vailable.  Call Devona Matthews (615) 936-6804)
• Top 25 Diagnosis with Specialists
• Top 25 Diagnosis in Emergency Room
