About Us

The Cumberland Pediatric IPA was founded in 2006 to engage in promoting the members' healthcare practices by contracting with health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, and other insurance plans. We are a community of over 300 pediatric physicians, including 130 pediatric specialty-care physicians providing top-quality children’s care in middle Tennessee.  The IPA continually engages in activities promoting member practices through Provider Quality Incentive Programs and Pay-for-Performance initiatives.  We continue to provide medical, business, and technology management services aimed at making quality healthcare easier to deliver, less costly for patients, and more rewarding for all involved.
